PARISH CHRISTMAS FAYRE

Many thanks to everyone who organised and attended our Christmas Fayre. We raised £2,300 towards repairs to the church roof and internal repairs to the body of the church.

PARISH FINANCE

Thank you to all for your continued support towards our parish, it is most appreciated. Our retiral collection this weekend (15/16 December) will be for St Nicholas  Care Fund (Caring Sunday)

DECEMBER 31ST HOGMANY

For all who would like to say farewell to the old year and to welcome in the new. There is a Hogmany Watchnight Service at Glasgow Cathedral, music and words taking us into 2013. Supported by many churches and by the 'Cathedral Strings', it ends with the bells at 12.00 (midnight). The gathering of Christians fits in well both with the 'Year Of Faith' and the 'New Evangelization' and praying together for blessings is surely a positive begining to a new year. All are welcome.
